There are no words that can be used that fully justify the Bardic Legend that is
He was with us at the launch of the Spirit of Awen in 2013 and he was then back to join us as we celebrated 5 years of the SOA camp... & he has joined us each year ever since...where have all the years gone!! And now We are so pleased to announce that he is back to join us again as we celebrate our move to a new site.. We ALL need to celebrate gathering and being together again...So Come on..... you all know the words & you all know you want to sing along.. you can't help yourselves...YOU love it!!....
Carolyn Hillyer & Nigel Shaw
We are over the moon that Carolyn and Nigel are joining us again this year. They will be performing a mixture of their new work and old favourites… This will be a a fantastic evening on Thursday 8th in the cafe.. bring your dancing shoes and your singing voices… See you there..🌟🤗🌟

James J Turner
We are so pleased to welcome James to this years Spirit of Awen Camp. James J Turner is a critically acclaimed Pagan Singer-Songwriter, with Arts Council England backing and one of the most unique and potent artists to emerge from the acoustic music scene in recent years. James's powerful voice and dexterous guitar playing provide the backbone to passionate, anthemic songs. His recent studio releases have stormed the Folk / Acoustic / Americana scene, receiving incredible critical acclaim, being called "groundbreaking" and the “best folk-rock album of the year” gaining extensive UK and EU radio show playlisting, including BBC Wales, BBC Scotland and RTE Ireland.
His live performance is powerful, unforgettable and overwhelmingly positive; he has a unique style and he performs a set of original songs. He has a huge voice and powers his solo set along with a Stomp Box. He has experience of engaging audiences of all sizes up to big outdoor festivals and he is fully insured to perform with public liability and professional indemnity insurance cover.
James is also a member of OBOD (Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids) and as such his music is imbued with his empathy for the human struggle, complex spiritual landscapes, plus a deep concern for the environment.

Talis Kimberley-Fairbourn
We are over the moon to welcome back Talis to Awen…If you missed out last time make sure you don’t this year as we will once again have the opportunity to listen and enjoy this wonderfully talented bard as she performs and sings original and beautiful songs for us all to enjoy
